Huge...Samples to Borrow

We have the largest samples in the industry up to 27” x 27”.  Not even the Design Center gives you samples this big. Instead of a 3” x 3” swatches in typical fabric books, why not take large samples home with you and almost never make a decorating error. Drape our large samples over your chair or window and you’ll be able to see the  fabric in the actual light conditions, see the repeat and have an opportunity to show your family and friends. Whether you are a novice or professional interior designer, our experienced staff will assist you in selecting the proper samples to take home.

It's Easy To Find Your Fabric

Over 40 years ago, we created the first home decorating design center for the public! All of our stock samples are arranged by color. Sew, if you’re looking for shades of red, go to our red isle. Blue? Go to the blue section. It's that easy. We also display coordinated bolts of fabrics on racks so it's easy to mix and match.

Borrow a Blanket

What’s a Blanket? When a textile mill brings a new fabric to market, they weave a large sample of  the new design pattern with smaller attached swatches of all the different available colors. Fabric jobbers like those famous brands above, furniture manufacturers and full roll buyers like Fabric Showplace, select and purchase their inventory based on these “blankets”.

If you need 20 yards or more, you can get the exact same fabric or similar fabric that you see in the books or at the furniture store at dramatic savings off the listed retail price. We’ll even let you borrow our special sample "blankets".
